Where we're heading
Our direction for
the years ahead
We would rather be clear about where we are going than impressive about where we are. This is the direction we are building towards, and what we are deliberately not doing.
What we are working towards
A world where the size of a business does not decide how far its products can travel.
Today, selling to customers in another country is still a privilege of companies large enough to hire for it. A small brand with a genuinely good product often stays inside its own border, not because the demand is missing, but because the work in between is too much for the team it has.
Our job is to shrink that gap — through the software we build, the channels we open, and the people who do the parts that cannot yet be automated. If a business with ten people can reach customers in ten countries and sleep at night, we have done our work.
Four directions we are committed to
These are not quarterly targets. They are the questions we expect to be working on for years.
Go deeper before going wider
Serve the customers we already have properly. A business that grows with us and stays is worth more than three that sign up and drift away.
Open more doors abroad
Add markets and channels steadily, and only ones we can genuinely support — including everything that happens after the order is placed.
Put more of the work into the product
Whatever our team does by hand today for a client is a candidate for software tomorrow. That is how the service scales without the price climbing with it.
Grow the team the right way
Hire ahead of the need but never ahead of the culture. We would rather be slightly short-staffed than quietly become a company we would not want to join.
How that plays out
Direction, not a dated roadmap. We publish what we are working towards and let the results speak for the timing.
-
Right now
Making the core of what we do faster and steadier: fewer manual steps for our clients, clearer reporting, and support that answers before the question gets urgent.
-
Next
More markets and more places to sell, added one at a time. Each new one gets opened properly — the language, the local expectations, and the after-sales side — rather than announced and left half-supported.
-
Further out
More of the routine work handled by the product itself, so a small team can run an operation that today would need a department. That is the point at which going international stops being a project and becomes a setting.
What will not change
Plans move. These do not.
- We use what we build. If it is not good enough for our own operation, it does not go to a customer.
- We tell clients the truth about what is working, including when the honest answer costs us the renewal.
- We stay reachable. A real person, in a reasonable time, in a timezone that overlaps yours.
- We grow at a pace we can support. Taking on more than we can serve well is not growth, it is borrowing against our own reputation.
A note on this page
We have deliberately avoided dates and revenue targets here. Public roadmaps with quarters attached tend to age badly and quietly turn into promises nobody made. What you can hold us to is the direction and the way we work — and if we drift from either, this page should change.
