Build things people
actually use
We are a small team working on a real problem: helping online businesses find customers and sell in places they could not reach before. If that sounds like your kind of work, read on.
Why work here
You will not spend your first three months waiting for access to something. We are small enough that new people ship in their first week, and honest enough to tell you what is messy before you join.
Real ownership
You own a problem end to end, not a ticket. That includes talking to the people who have it.
Work that ships
Small releases, often. What you build this month is in front of users this month.
Room to grow
The company is growing, which means the job you take is rarely the job you have a year later.
How we work
- Small teams, short meetings, decisions made by the people doing the work.
- Written first. If it matters, it gets written down so nobody has to be in the room.
- We work with people in other countries and time zones, so we plan for it instead of pretending everyone is online at once.
- Mistakes are discussed openly and once. We are more interested in the fix than in who caused it.
What we offer
- Competitive salary, reviewed [twice a year], plus performance bonus
- [Hybrid / remote-friendly] working, with core hours rather than fixed ones
- Full social insurance and [private health cover] for you and [your family]
- [15+] days of annual leave, on top of public holidays
- A learning budget for courses, books, and conferences
- Equipment you choose, and a real onboarding plan for your first month
Everything in brackets is a placeholder — replace it with your actual policy. It is better to list five benefits you genuinely offer than ten you have to explain away in the interview.

Practical conversation
A real problem from our work, discussed together. No unpaid take-home projects and no trick questions.
